ANMF accommodation exclusive to our members

The ANMF (Vic Branch) accommodation member benefit aims to provide eligible* members affordable rental accommodation in Melbourne’s CBD and in member-preferred regional Victorian destinations.

The beautiful Ocean Grove Chalet on the Bellarine Peninsula is ideal for a beach getaway or a weekend exploring the Bellarine.

ANMF House on the edge of Melbourne’s CBD is conveniently located next to ANMF (Vic Branch) if you’re attending one of our conferences, a training program or an education seminar. It’s also a perfect base for a Melbourne-CBD break.

Members can book accommodation at up to 50 per cent off the market rates.

Our Viewhill Holiday Units and The Residence, set in an acre of stunning gardens in the heart of Bright and surrounding alpine region, are closed for redevelopment. This accommodation is expected to re-open in the first half of 2026.

Accommodation can only be booked in a four-weekday-night block (check-in Monday and check-out Friday) or a three-weekend-night block (check-in Friday and check-out Monday).

One- and two-night stays are available at ANMF House for members attending for ANMF conferences, training and education.

ANMF continues to monitor demand and bookings to ensure fair access to this benefit for all members. Peak periods may be subject to a ballot. The rules may change subject to an evaluation period.
