Located on the fringe of Melbourne’s CBD, you can explore the many laneways, catch a game or festival. Also, if you need to attend an ANMF event or training, it’s right near the Branch.

Offering apartment-style units and hotel rooms, ANMF House has been built to the Passivhaus standard – winning a sustainability award in the 2023 Victorian Architecture Awards.

ANMF House is located at 240 Victoria Street, North Melbourne (enter via O’Connell Street).

So that we can provide you the lowest rates, ANMF House can only be booked in blocks:

• four-weekday-nights (check-in Monday and check-out Friday): from $498 for a deluxe king or twin room
• three-weekend-nights (check-in Friday and check-out Monday): from $373 for a deluxe king or twin room

However, if you’re attending ANMF conferences, training and education at 535 Elizabeth Street, there’s limited rooms available for one-night (up to 20% off the market rate) or two-night (up to 30% off the market rate) stays.
